Bimatoprost is an ophthalmic drug included in Careprost that is used to treat elevated or increased intraocular pressure. It could result in glaucoma, a medical condition. Careprost can be taken either by itself or in conjunction with other medications. An eye condition called glaucoma damages the optic nerve. Eye burning, eye irritation, and eye itching are typical Careprost side effects. Careprost has additional negative effects in addition to the ones stated above; these are detailed below. It can be taken either alone or in combination with beta-blocker drops, which also lower blood pressure. As directed by your physician, take it for the prescribed amount of time. Before using, read the directions on the label.
