We also want you to know how to control your privacy, so we've included information on how to do so in the settings of the Post A2Z Social Media Platform/App/Messenger.

What kinds of information do we collect?

The data we gather and handle about you is contingent upon your usage of our. If you sell furniture on Marketplace, for instance, we gather different data than if you post a reel on Instagram. Our products gather certain information about you when you use them. The data that we gather is as follows:

  • Your activity and information that you provide: Information we collect about your friends, followers and other connections.
  • We gather data about your connections to and interactions with other users and communities, including friends, followers, groups, accounts, Post A2Z Pages, and other users. This covers your interactions with them across all of our products as well as the ones you use the most.
  • Information we gather about contacts: If you decide to upload or import contact data from a, like an address book sync, we will also gather contact details, including name, email address, and phone number.
  • Information we collect: We receive certain Personal Data directly from you when you provide us with such Personal Data, including without limitation the following:

    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Country

Where do we store and process personal data?

We will only process your Personal Data if we have a lawful basis for doing so. Lawful bases for processing include consent, contractual necessity and our “legitimate interests” or the legitimate interest of others, as further described below. In some cases, we process Personal Data based on the consent you expressly grant to us at the time we collect such Personal Data.

When we process Personal Data based on your consent, it will be expressly indicated to you at the point and time of collection. From time to time, we may also need to process Personal Data to comply with a legal obligation, if it is necessary to protect the vital interests of you or other data subjects, or if it is necessary for a task carried out in the public interest.

How do we secure personal data?

We only use your personal information to provide you the Contently services or to communicate with you about the services or the Website. With respect to any documents you may choose to upload to Contently, we take the privacy and confidentiality of such documents seriously.

We encrypt all documents, and permanently delete any redacted edits you make to documents. If you choose to make a document public, we recommend you redact any and all references to people and addresses, as we can’t protect public data and we are not responsible for any violation of privacy law you may be liable for. We employ industry standard techniques to protect against unauthorized access of data about you that we store, including personal information.

We do not share personal information you have provided to us without your consent, unless:

– doing so is appropriate to carry out your own request;

– we believe it’s needed to enforce our Terms of Service, or that is legally required;

– we believe it’s needed to detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues;

– otherwise protect our property, legal rights, or that of others.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We retain Personal Data about you for as long as you have an open account with us or as otherwise necessary to provide the Services to you and improve the Services for all users generally. In some cases we retain Personal Data for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or collect fees owed, or is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule or regulation. Afterwards, we retain some information in a depersonalized or aggregated form but not in a way that would identify you personally.

How do we use this information?

  1. Provide, personalize and improve our Products: We use the information we have to deliver our Products, including to personalize features and content (including your News Feed, and ads) and make suggestions for you (such as groups or events you may be interested in or topics you may want to follow) on and off our Products. To create personalized Products that are unique and relevant to you, we use your connections, preferences, interests and activities based on the data we collect and learn from you and others (including any data with special protections you choose to provide where you have given your explicit consent); how you use and interact with our Products; and the people, places, or things you're connected to and interested in on and off our Products. Information across Post A2Z Products and devices: We connect information about your activities on different Post A2Z Products and devices to provide a more tailored and consistent experience on all Post A2Z Products you use, wherever you use them. We can also make your experience more seamless, for example, by automatically filling in your registration information (such as your phone number) from one Post A2Z Product when you sign up for an account on a different Product.
  3. Location-related information: We use location-related information-such as your current location, where you live, the places you like to go, and the businesses and people you're near-to provide, personalize and improve our Products, including ads, for you and others. Location-related information can be based on things like precise device location (if you've allowed us to collect it), IP addresses, and information from your and others' use of Post A2Z Products (such as check-ins or events you attend).
  4. Product research and development: We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Products, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features.
  5. Ads and other sponsored content: We use the information we have about you-including information about your interests, actions and connections-to select and personalize ads, offers and other sponsored content that we show you.
  6. Promote safety, integrity and security: We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the integrity of our Products, and promote safety and security on and off of Post A2Z Products.
  7. Communicate with you: We use the information we have to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Products, and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

How is this information shared?

  1. People and accounts you share and communicate with: When you share and communicate using our Products, you choose the audience for what you share. For example, when you post on Post A2Z, you select the audience for the post, such as a group, all of your friends, the public, or a customized list of people. Similarly, when you use Messenger to communicate with people or businesses, those people and businesses can see the content you send. Your network can also see actions you have taken on our Products, including engagement with ads and sponsored content.
  2. Public information can be seen by anyone, on or off our Products, including if they don't have an account: You, other people using Post A2Z, and we can provide access to or send public information to anyone on or off our Products, including in other Post A2Z Company Products, in search results, or through tools and APIs. Public information can also be seen, accessed, reshared or downloaded through third-party services such as search engines, APIs, and offline media such as TV, and by apps, websites and other services that integrate with our Products.

How can you exercise your rights provided under the GDPR?

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, port and erase your data. You also have the right to object to and restrict certain processing of your data.

This includes: the right to object to our processing of your data for direct marketing, which you can exercise by using the "unsubscribe" link in such marketing communications; and the right to object to our processing of your data where we are performing a task in the public interest or pursuing our legitimate interests or those of a third party. Data retention, account deactivation and deletion!

The user has the opportunity to delete his account himself, thereby terminating his / her relationship with Post A2Z.

We built the "Post A2Z" app as a Free app. This service is provided by Post A2Z at no cost and is intended for use as is. This privacy policy is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use this Service. If you choose to use the Same, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Post A2Z unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by Post A2Z in any way. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Personal Data of Children : Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Data about yourself to us. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. Networks and connections: We collect information about the people, Pages, accounts, hashtags and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them across our Products, such as people you communicate with the most or groups you are part of. We also collect contact information if you choose to upload, sync or import it from a device (such as an address book or call log or SMS log history), which we use for things like helping you and others find people you may know and for the other purposes listed below.
  3. Your usage: We collect information about how you use our Products, such as the types of content you view or engage with; the features you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts you interact with; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities. For example, we log when you're using and have last used our Products, and what posts, videos and other content you view on our Products. We also collect information about how you use features like our camera.

Advertisers, app developers, and publishers can send us information through Post A2Z Business Tools they use, including our social plug-ins (such as the Like button), Post A2Z Login, and our APIs. These partners provide information about your activities off Post A2Z—including information about your device, websites you visit, purchases you make, the ads you see, and how you use their services—whether or not you have a Post A2Z account or are logged into Post A2Zl. For example, a game developer could use our API to tell us what games you play, or a business could tell us about a purchase you made in its store. We also receive information about your online and offline actions and purchases from third-party data providers who have the rights to provide us with your information.
