We have the right to update our terms of service here at any time. You need to add your age when you sign up and if you are under 13 Years old your profile and anything you posted will be deleted. Your PostA2Z.com Account and Profile

If you create a profile, blog, forum, classified advert, etc. Hereinafter to be known as a “featured function” on the PostA2Z.com website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with your profile. You must not describe or assign keywords within your account/profile in a misleading or unlawful manner, including in a manner intended to trade on the name or reputation of others.

If you operate a featured function, comment on a featured function, post material to the website, post links on the PostA2Z.com website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the PostA2Z.com website (any such material, “Content”), You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content. By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:

Content is not obscene, libelous or defamatory, hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable, and does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party; and you have, in the case of Content that includes computer code, accurately categorized and/or described the type, nature, uses and effects of the materials.

4. If we find your content questionable, Post A2Z reserves the right to reject the post without any questions asked;
5. You will not be paid for publishing your posts, images, videos, stories etc to our site though you will receive all credit for your work;
6. Keeping your account and personal information Very Secure. We also work very hard to help keep your account secure and protect your personal information. By joining Post A2Z you agree to use your authentic name and identity.

People can report potentially violating content, including Pages, groups, profiles, individual content and comments. Your experience on Post A2Z  is unlike anyone else's: from the posts, stories, events, ads, and other content you see in News Feed or our video platform to the Pages you follow and other features you might use, such as Trending, Marketplace, and search. We use the data we have - for example, about the connections you make, the choices and settings you select, and what you share and do on and off our Products - to personalize your experience.

1.2 Connect you with people and organizations you care about:

We help you find and connect with people, groups, businesses, organizations, and others that matter to you across the Post A2Z Products you use. We use the data we have to make suggestions for you and others - for example, groups to join, events to attend, Pages to follow or send a message to, shows to watch, and people you may want to become friends with. Stronger ties make for better communities, and we believe our services are most useful when people are connected to people, groups, and organizations they care about.

1.3 Empower you to express yourself and communicate about what matters to you:

There are many ways to express yourself on Post A2Z and to communicate with friends, family, and others about what matters to you - for example, sharing status updates, photos, videos, and stories across the Post A2Z Products you use, sending messages to a friend or several people, creating events or groups, or adding content to your profile. We also have developed, and continue to explore, new ways for people to use technology, such as augmented reality and 360 video to create and share more expressive and engaging content on Post A2Z.

1.4 Help you discover content, products, and services that may interest you:

We show you ads, offers, and other sponsored content to help you discover content, products, and services that are offered by the many businesses and organizations that use Post A2Z and other Post A2Z Products. Our partners pay us to show their content to you, and we design our services so that the sponsored content you see is as relevant and useful to you as everything else you see on our Products.

1.5 Combat harmful conduct and protect and support our community:

People will only build community on Post A2Z if they feel safe. We employ dedicated teams around the world and develop advanced technical systems to detect misuse of our Products, harmful conduct towards others, and situations where we may be able to help support or protect our community. If we learn of content or conduct like this, we will take appropriate action - for example, offering help, removing content, blocking access to certain features, disabling an account, or contacting law enforcement.

1.6 Use and develop advanced technologies to provide safe and functional services for everyone:

We use and develop advanced technologies - such as artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, and augmented reality - so that people can use our Products safely regardless of physical ability or geographic location. For example, technology like this helps people who have visual impairments understand what or who is in photos or videos shared on Post A2Z. We also build sophisticated network and communication technology to help more people connect to the internet in areas with limited access. And we develop automated systems to improve our ability to detect and remove abusive and dangerous activity that may harm our community and the integrity of our Products.

1.7 Research ways to make our services better:

We engage in research and collaborate with others to improve our Products. One way we do this is by analyzing the data we have and understanding how people use our Products. You can learn more about some of our research efforts. Provide consistent and seamless experiences across the Post A2Z Company Products:

Our Products help you find and connect with people, groups, businesses, organizations, and others that are important to you. We design our systems so that your experience is consistent and seamless across the different Post A2Z Company Products that you use. For example, we use data about the people you engage with on Post A2Z to make it easier for you to connect with them on Messenger, and we enable you to communicate with a business you follow on Post A2Z through Messenger.

1.8 Enable global access to our services:

To operate our global service, we need to store and distribute content and data in our data centers and systems around the world, including outside your country of residence. This infrastructure may be operated or controlled by Post A2Z. 

1. Your Commitments to Post A2Z and Our Community

We provide these services to you and others to help advance our mission. In exchange, we need you to make the following commitments:

• 2.1 Who can use Post A2Z
  When people stand behind their opinions and actions, our community is safer and more accountable. For that reason, you must:
  Use the same name that you use in everyday life. Provide accurate information about yourself. Create only one account (your own) and use your timeline for personal purposes. Do not share your password, give access to your Post A2Z account to others, or transfer your account to anyone else (without our permission).
  
  We try to make Woddal broadly available to everyone, but you cannot use Post A2Z if:
  You are under 13 years old. You are a convicted sex offender. We previously disabled your account for violations of our terms or policies. You are prohibited from receiving our products, services, or software under applicable laws.
  
  2.2 What you can share and do on Post A2Z
  We want people to use Post A2Z to express themselves and to share content that is important to them, but not at the expense of the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of our community. You therefore agree not to engage in the conduct described below (or to facilitate or support others in doing so): You may not use our Products to do or share anything: That violates these Terms, our Community Standards, and other terms and policies that apply to your use of Post A2Z. That is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent. That infringes or violates someone else's rights.
  
  You may not access or collect data from our Products using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data you do not have permission to access. We can remove content you share in violation of these provisions and, if applicable, we may take action against your account, for the reasons described below. We may also disable your account if you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights.
  
  2.3 If we receive a report from a user:
  Where appropriate, we will take steps to notify you when we remove your content for violating our Community Standards. We may not be able to provide notice in all cases, for example if we are prohibited from doing so by law or where it might harm our community or the integrity of our Products. To help support our community, we encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe violates your rights (including intellectual property rights) or our terms and policies.

3 ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS

We may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Site or via the Software or may otherwise provide information about or links to third-party products and services on the Site or via the Software. Your business dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of such third parties, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third parties. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of any products, services, advertising, or promotions on the Site that are not offered by us.

PostA2Z.com reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that PostA2Z.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

These "Terms of Use" apply to the PostA2Z.com site and its services (Service). Questions or concerns regarding this statement should be directed to our administrator.

• 3.1 - Advertising:
  We provide through our advertising system the opportunity to advertise your products, pages, groups or more. Without breaking our rules. You must have the resources available to use the system. You can charge your Wallet from PayPal or Credit Card or from points earned.
  - Charged funds cannot be restored !!!
  - They can be used for other of our services.
  
  3.2 - Points:
  We give you the opportunity to earn points while having fun by posting, commenting, liking, and more.
  - Each 1000 points equals $1.
  - Earned points can be used to upgrade to a PRO pack or to advertise on our system - (points earned are not paid)
  - Each user can earn up to 50 points per day.
  - Each PRO user can earn up to 1000 points per day.
  If we detect a breach or fraud, the points earned will be void from your account.
  
  3.3 - PRO packages:
  PRO packages are additional features to your account.
  With the upgrade to the PRO pack you will get a badge as a Featured member, you will be able to see who visited your profile, you will be able to hide or show when you were last online. Depending on the package you choose, you will be able to publish the number of posts that will always be at the top of everyone else's (if there are any other posts that will be randomly changed every time you reload the page).
  - You will be able to display your PostA2Z page in the "FEATURED PAGES" section.
  - Each package is valid for the selected period.
  If we detect policy violations, we will remove posts or pages that have been posted as a PRO user.
  
  3.4 - Affiliate system:
  The Affiliate system allows you to earn money by inviting your friends to register on our site. For each invited and registered user, you will earn $ 0.10. There is no limit on invited users, your unique link can be shared anywhere, when a user clicks on it and registers on our sites, you earn money.
  - The minimum payout is $50, and is paid on the 30-th of the month. Withdrawal with PayPal.
  - If we detect policy violations, the funds will be canceled.
  
  3.5 - Fundings:
  The funding service can only be used by Verified users.
  - And it can only be for donation purposes, fundraising.
  - Any attempt at fraud will be investigated and the collected funds will not be paid to the campaign owner.
  - Our commission is 2% of the amount collected, and is withheld upon request for withdrawal.

1. Blog submitting posts and articles.

Disclaimer – Under no circumstances or in any way can PostA2Z.com, with the aforementioned be held liable in respect of any material submitted and published at this Blog, and cannot be held responsible for its content and accuracy by a User. Nonetheless, we will, if notified and having satisfied ourselves of the bona fides of the notification, remove any content that might constitute a legal violation, such as material submitted  in potential breach of copyright.
2. 2. Copyright – By submitting material for publication, you guarantee that you are the original copyright holder of the work in question, and you own the legal rights to use the information. As such, we have no legal liability regarding any copyright claims, but will simply remove offending articles as/when we are advised of any breaches.
3. 3. Review – Any material submitted will be reviewed by the PostA2Z.com team, which decides on its publication. The publication of any material submitted will be at the sole discretion of the PostA2Z.com team.
4. 4. Reservation of Rights – It is not allowed to publish materials related to pharmaceutical products, poker games or betting, sex, erotic materials or services. We reserve the right to accept, reject or remove any material submitted for publication with no explanation.
