Cambodia. Preah Khan
2 km northeast of Angkor Wat is the amazing temple of Prea Khan (translated as "Sacred Sword" or "Holy City of Victory", named after the bloody battle at its walls. This building dates back to the second half of the XII century (1191). At that time it was simply huge and was used as a Buddhist monastery and school.
