Teams like Chennai Super kings or Mumbai Indians cannot be included in this list as they are excellent teams and have good winning rate.
Punjab kings has the win percentage of 45% which is pretty low and hence could be considered as an unsuccessful team, followed by Delhi capitals with a win percentage of 46%.
The next in line is Royal challengers Bangalore which has managed to gain 48.20% of win percentage but it is not enough and hence, they are also included in the list of unsuccessful team in IPL.
Rajasthan Royals, even though had won a title but it still an unsuccessful team because of the low winning percentage they have which is 50.60% and the next in line with 50.70% is Kolkata Knight Riders.
