[David Hooper]: Oh, where do I begin? The journey hasn't been without its hurdles. The legal battles that slowed down the rollout of the cannabis market in New York were particularly frustrating. However, I've learned to approach these challenges with resilience and a focus on solutions rather than dwelling on setbacks.

Instead of dwelling on the shortcomings, I choose to focus on the progress we've made and the potential for positive change. Rather than pointing fingers, I believe in working collaboratively to address issues and improve the system for everyone involved.

[David Hooper]: My advice would be to stay informed, stay adaptable, and stay resilient. Educate yourself about the regulations and stay updated on any changes.
