Ash is a fantastic all-around firewood. It lights easily and gives off excesses of heat. In terms of burning time, it burns extended than birch, but less than oak. Kiln-dried ash is the most famous species for wood burners and fireplaces, but also for catering to someones making woodfired pizza as it delivers the high heat needed to fast cook a pizza in a stone oven. Our logs are cut to 25cm in length to fit the extensive majority of wood burners and are kiln-dried to a moderate moisture content of less than 20%.
