The customer care provided by Turkish Airlines Oakland Office is exceptionally competent. In the office, you can easily get your questions and reservations answered by the friendly and helpful staff. It is easy to enter the office because of its structure and neatness. During peak hours, it does get crowded, but the staff does a great job attending to the requirements of the patrons. For travelers in the Bay Area, often a very dependable and pleasant service.
