Ken's Sports, Inc., established in 1968 by Ken and Mary Vander Loop, began as a Standard Oil Service Station in Little Chute. To supplement their business, they started selling snowmobiles, beginning with Skiroule and Rupp. In 1972, they acquired the Arctic Cat franchise and added Polaris in 1982. Initially, around 150 manufacturers vied for a place in the burgeoning snowmobile market. Now, over 45 years later, only four major brands remain, including Arctic Cat and Polaris. Ken's Sports has grown significantly, adapting and thriving in the evolving snowmobile industry.
